Just place your pizza on the plate. Beneath the pizza there are the chambers of the gun printed. The one who picks the piece of pizza with the loaded chamber gets the honour of paying for the pizza.
It dosn't just have to be pizza roulette, it's a roulette plate, so you can play cake roulette or other food you choose to place over the chambers of the gun.
